The process is easy, and is handled by our media partners at Brightcove. The list below will have all the tips you need to make sure your video gets to us right, the first time. 1. If you don't already have a Brightcove account, you will have to create an account to upload video to Oodlebox. You can read Brightcove's privacy policy here. Make sure to create your clip in a supported format -- Brightcove currently supports the following formats: .3GP, .AVI, .DV, h.264, .MPEG2, .MPEG4, Quicktime and .WMV

2. The maximum file size for upload is 100 MB, which for many of the formats above is usually two to three minutes in length. We recommend that you limit the length of the video to two minutes. Users with slower Internet connections are likely to experience problems uploading large files.

3. The platforms/operating systems currently supported are:
Windows -- WinXP, WinXP SP2, Win2000
Mac -- MacOSx 10.2 and later

4. The Internet browsers currently supported are:
Windows browsers -- Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2.0
Mac browsers -- Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox
